CCEC is a non-profit agency founded in 1984, providing affordable, bi-lingual, counseling, support groups, and educational classes to individuals, couples, families, teens and children for more than twenty four years. Girls Rule! and Single-Parent Projects are two programs that strive to bring trust, respect and belonging to women. Please join us in giving BIG to programs that advocate for all women.
