Returns and Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be pre-authorized by Customer Service and require a return authorization number. We will accept merchandise for return purchased from www.zenpuse.com within 30 days of receipt. There is no restocking fee for qualified returns. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt. We do not accept returns via COD or billed to zenpuse inc in any way.

Web orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours, weekends and holidays excluded. Domestic orders shipped via UPS ground services average 3-5 business days to reach their destinations. Additional shipping services are available at our customer’s discretion.
